After qualification, the continuing growth of the firm means that there are opportunities for rapid career progression if you can offer the commitment and dedication that we look for.

Once qualified you can be promoted to manager level within two years. Promotion is based purely on merit. There are opportunities at partnership level; a number of our current partners began as trainees and have progressed to Partnership.

You can decide to stay in general practice or you may choose to specialise after qualification in areas such as Taxation, Corporate Finance, Litigation Support or Corporate Recovery. Once you have qualified we recognise the need for you to continue your training and will keep you updated on technical changes within the profession; this is provided through our in-house training programme.
