Kingston Smith and Partners’ Ian Defty named Corporate Insolvency Practitioner of the Year 2011

Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency arm of Kingston Smith LLP, is pleased to announce that partner Ian Defty has been named ‘Corporate Insolvency Practitioner of the Year’ at the Insolvency & Rescue Awards 2011.

The award recognises Ian’s tireless work, throughout the year, as liquidator in dealing with complex litigation to recover funds misappropriated by directors, advisors and other individuals as the result of fraud and misconduct.
