Jane is the Director of the Fundraising and Management Division. She has 25 years experience in the not for profit sector: 12 years leading small cultural sector charities and 13 as a consultant. She specialises in capital project development, fundraising, business planning, and change management.

Jane has wide experience of third sector governance and management structures. She has designed and implemented change management in governance and operations for 15 organisations including Creative Partnerships, Community Arts Workshop, Black Arts Alliance, and Pegasus Youth Theatre in Oxford.

She has led over 70 capital development feasibility studies across the UK many of which were in the education sector including Worth Abbey, The Latymer School, Exeter University, Kent University, Coventry University, Bird College, Central School of Speech and Drama, South Kent College, Ridgeway High School, and Huddersfield University. She has written successful major funding bids to Arts and Heritage Lotteries, Neighbourhood Renewal Fund and ERDF worth over £50m including Bristol Museums, Black Cultural Archives, The Photographers’ Gallery, Gallery Oldham, and Leicester Haymarket/The Curve.

Jane has strong analytical and problem solving skills and supports clients through complex change, business development, strategic planning and income generation.
