Steve Neal heads up Kingston Smith's Corporate Finance department where he is responsible for the development and co-ordination of the delivery of its services to a broad range of small and medium clients.

Steve has played a major role in the development of the firm. Most of his time is spent assisting clients formulate and implement corporate strategies, which, in many cases results in raising equity from the capital markets and the provision of negotiation support during acquisitions and disposals of businesses. He is also Managing Director of Devonshire Corporate Finance Limited, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a member of the Securities Institute.
