Tim is a partner in Kingston Smith LLP. He specialises in a wide range of tax planning including domestic and international corporation tax issues, employment tax including incentives and share options and income and capital gains tax planning for owner/managers of businesses during the life of the business and on exit.

He has been with Kingston Smith since 1997 where he trained as an accountant and has specialised in tax since 2001. Tim's portfolio of clients include small and medium sized businesses, the UK operations of large international groups and publicly listed companies (AIM, NASDAQ, NYSE etc..) in the UK and worldwide.

Tim regularly contributes to Kingston Smith LLP's Sunday Times' Business Doctor column, which provides answers to questions ranging from matters of company law to business taxation. He has also lectured at business angel seminars on tax reliefs available to investors and to businesses on tax planning tips in the years leading up to an exit.
