Ian joined KS&P LLP as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Recovery practice, with specific responsibility for Forensic Insolvency Recovery Service (FIRS) cases in June 2001. He is both a chartered accountant and a Fellow of the ACCA. Ian is an insolvency practitioner with over twenty-one years experience in insolvency, with particular expertise in company directors’ disqualification matters and both personal and corporate insolvency. Ian is also an associate member of the Proceeds of Crime Lawyers Association and a fellow of R3. Prior to joining KS&P LLP, Ian worked for The Insolvency Service, undertaking a wide cross section of insolvency work.
