Our Fundraising and Management consultancy service was set up in response to a growing need from our clients in the not for profit sector to provide clear, practical advice and solutions across all aspects of fundraising, strategy, management and governance. Our team understands the need to listen and work alongside your trustees, staff and volunteers, to challenge assumptions, build consensus, and find the most appropriate approach to facilitate the process of change to improve effective delivery of your charitable goals.

Our fundraising and management team have all worked at Director and Trustee level in the sector as well as having considerable experience providing consultancy services to a wide range of small, medium and large charities.

We offer a seminar and training programme on a range of relevant topics for particular sectors.

The department has particular expertise in arts and heritage, cultural diversity, faith based organisations, second tier organisations, education and youth, health, medical and social welfare charities.

Our Fundraising and Management team can offer governance reviews and advice on starting up new charities, mergers and asset transfers, and winding up or structure changes. We can facilitate away days for Trustees to review vision and mission or to initiate capacity building and change management. We carry out Trustee skills audits and recruitment to fill identified skill gaps, including job descriptions for new and existing Trustees.
